Google Workspace business plans now include Gemini AI, which works in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet. It helps you draft emails, summarise documents, organise spreadsheets and take meeting notes. For business customers, Google commits not to use customer data to train its models, and admins can manage settings. A separate AI add-on is usually no longer needed, as the features are included in Workspace plans. A particularly good fit for small businesses already on Google.
